Check our availability and contact us with any enquiries. All prices shown are for 7 nights, and are for a maximum of 6 Adults (18+). Please remember that we are for adults only, and we do not accept anyone under the age of 18 years. Multiple dogs are welcome free of charge. A returnable security deposit / good housekeeping bond* is required. (Please see Terms and Conditions).
* What is a returnable security deposit / good housekeeping bond? This bond reflects your agreement to leave the property and its contents in the condition in which you found it, as per the Terms and Conditions. We are as dog welcoming as possible, and we accept multiple dogs for free, but it is down to guests to clear up after them, both inside and out. If the cottage is left in a mess (whether by humans or dogs), is full of dog hair, mud, or sand, or the garden isn’t cleared of dog waste, the additional time taken for us to sort this will be charged for. We do all changeovers ourselves, and pride ourselves on exceptionally high standards of cleanliness. If we need to pay our backup person to come in and help get the cottage to the standard required, in the limited timescale available, because it’s been left in a bad state, we will charge for this and deduct it from the bond. We expect the property to be treated respectfully, and left in a clean and tidy condition, as per the Terms and Conditions that you agree to by booking.

When your booking is accepted, a 25% deposit is required to secure your dates. The balance and returnable security deposit / good housekeeping bond, will be due 6 weeks before the start of your holiday. Bookings made within 6 weeks of the holiday start date must be paid for in full once your booking is accepted.

How to find us
From Inverness
- From Inverness, take the A9 towards Tore.
- At Tore, take the A835 and follow it towards Ullapool.
- Follow the A835 for mile 37 miles to Braemore Junction and branch off to the left onto the A832, for Dundonnell and Aultbea.
- Continue along the A832 for approximately 19 miles, passing through the villages of Dundonnell, Camusnagaul, Ardessie and Badbea.
- Take the right-hand turn at the bus shelter, towards Badcaul and Durnamuck, passing Badcaul Primary School on the right.
- Continue along this road for approximately 1 mile until you come to a right-hand turn with an ‘eggs for sale’ shack on the corner.
- Take this right turn and Sail Mhor View is the second house on the right-hand side, about 0.2 miles along.
